The 52cm x 140cm (20.5″ x 55.1″) running deck is generously proportioned and well cushioned to reduce impact on joints, and there are 25 onboard workouts to choose from, including heart rate control and target based workouts to keep you motivated. In addition the EzRun is KinoMap compatible giving you access to interactive training via a tablet or other smart device (subscription required).
